NITRONIC 50®
Nitronic 50® is a nitrogen-strengthened stainless steel
that provides very good resistance to corrosion. Nitronic 50® has an
excellent combination of strength, ductility and toughness even at
cryogenic temperatures. Nitronic 50® has been used in applications such
as pumps and fittings for
chemical equipment, fasteners, cables, chains, screens and marine
hardware.
