Euro Alloy Metals Popular Materials & Specifications

Nimonic 75

Nimonic 75 is an 80/20 nickel-chromium alloy containing titanium and carbon as additives. Our supply of Nimonic 75 is readily fabricated and welded, and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and heat resistance.

Nimonic 80A

Nimonic 80A is similar to NIMONIC 75 but made precipitation hardenable by additions of aluminum and titanium. Nimonic 80A high tensile and creep-rupture properties at temperatures to 1500°F (815°C).

Nimonic 90

Nimonic 90 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy with a high stress-rupture strength. Nimonic 90 is most commonly used for blades and discs in gas turbines, hot-working tools, and springs.

Nimonic 263

Nimonic 263 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy with an addition of molybdenum for solid-solution strengthening. Nimonic 263 is especially suitable for sheet applications, and is available in round, flat, extruded section, tube, plate, sheet and wire form.

Jethete M152

Jethete M152 has very good toughness and creep rupture strength, and is excellent for use in highly stressed turbine blades as well as turbine discs, screws, shafts, bolts, pins and rings.

  • Flanges
  • Forgings and More

Euro Alloy Advantages

As indicated by their overarching category, European alloys are specialty metals developed by European manufacturing companies. These metals are typically identified by their extremely high performance, pressure resistance and heat resistance. The different grades of materials, such as Nimonic, represent the progressive strengthening of the metal by altering the composition of the metal. These metals are extremely popular for use in aircraft parts and engines.
