Nitronic 50®
Nitronic 50® is a nitrogen-strengthened stainless steel that provides very good resistance to corrosion. Nitronic 50® has an excellent combination of strength, ductility and toughness even at cryogenic temperatures. Nitronic 50® has been used in applications such as pumps and fittings for chemical equipment, fasteners, cables, chains, screens and marine hardware.
Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.
